Valemobi and Minhas Economias integration with Artificial Intelligence providers (MCP)

These Terms govern the use of the integration that lets you connect your Valemobi and/or Minhas Economias information to an Artificial Intelligence provider of your choice, via the MCP (Model Context Protocol). By authorizing the connection, you declare that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

1. What you are authorizing

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that the data you select on the consent screen will be shared with the AI provider, upon your express authorization, solely to answer your requests within the application. You therefore assume responsibility for your use of artificial intelligence.

2. Data processing by the AI provider

The sharing and processing of data within the environment of the AI provider you are directed to will be governed by that provider's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; the provider becomes responsible for processing the information from the moment of connection. We recommend reading those documents on the chosen provider.

3. Limitation of liability

Valemobi and Minhas Economias are not responsible for financial decisions or actions you take based on information obtained within the artificial intelligence environment. The generated information does not replace financial advice from qualified professionals.

4. Revocation

You may revoke this authorization and stop data sharing at any time from your profile in the corresponding app, under Settings › Privacy.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data by Valemobi and Minhas Economias is described in the Privacy Policy.
